Meet the team

Advocate Carol Ngcobo is an admitted advocate in the law society of Eswatini and is an expert in mediation, industrial relations, grievances handling as well as the provision of legal counsel in the Human Resources sphere. Her excellent interpersonal skills, hard work, professionalism and ethics have made her one of Eswatini’s most successful female strategic leaders. She is currently the Managing Director of the organization and provides oversight of both the Recruitment and Consultancy wings of AMRS.
With over 15 years experience in the private and public sector, Advocate Ngcobo is involved in advisory positions and policy/procedure development and she is an active member in various bodies and boards that are advocating for capacity building particularly in the area of Human Resources.
Carol has served as a board member in a number of reputable organizations like the Business Eswatini, Business Women’s Forum, Eswatini Breast and Cervical Cancer Network, and Eswatini Television Authority. She also selflessly served under the Rotary Charity Club as President. She is currently the Board Chairperson at Insika Financial Services and a Board member at Likhwane Beneficiary Services.

Muzikayise Mthembu is a seasoned HR practitioner and an extremely vibrant facilitator who leads the Consulting wing of AMRS. With over 13 years experience, he has explored all areas of the profession. He has spent time as an HR strategic business consultant (Organizational Development and Performance Consultant for MTN) in the areas of strategy implementation, performance management, organizational development, change management, talent management, learning and development and innovation.
Mr Mthembu was responsible for chartering the high-performance organization strategy for MTN Swaziland and his outstanding performance led him to be deployed to rollout strategic initiatives in Afghanistan and Syria – Performance management was at the heart of this initiative. He is also an experienced strategy facilitator and implementation partner and accredited Train-the-Trainer in performance management, change management, innovation and job design. Muzikayiese has helped initiate and coordinate HPO at MTN and in the past worked with South African Excellence Foundation (SAEF) at REDI to help organizations reach excellence (operational standards).
